How to reach First Bank Abroad with corrections, outdated fees or questions about the site.

The fastest way to reach us is email: [email protected]. You can write in Ukrainian, English or Russian. We read every message, and corrections to fees and requirements get answered first, because they affect other readers.

Reporting an outdated fee or a mistake

If a row in one of our tables no longer matches the provider’s terms, please send us:

We check the report against the official source, correct the row and update the check date. We do not change a row on the basis of a single personal experience alone, because banks sometimes treat customers differently from what they publish, but such reports help us decide what to recheck first.

Questions about your own situation

We cannot give individual financial advice, tell you whether a particular bank will accept your documents or help you with an application. We are not a bank and have no access to your accounts. For questions about your residence status, ask the authority in your country that issued your document. For problems with an account you already have, contact the bank directly; if it does not help, every bank must tell you how to file a complaint.

Providers and partners

If you represent a bank or a transfer service and believe our table describes your terms incorrectly, send us a link to the official page and we will check it. Please note that we do not sell places in tables or positive descriptions, and we do not work with loan or credit card offers. How partnerships work is explained in our affiliate disclosure.

What happens after you write

We answer from the same address you see above. If your message is a correction, we tell you whether the row was changed and why, and which source we used to decide. If we cannot help with your question, we say so plainly and, where possible, point you to an organisation that can. We never send newsletters or promotional emails in reply to a message.

Privacy

We use your email address only to answer you and to keep a record of corrections. We do not add it to mailing lists. Details are in our privacy policy.

Beware of impersonation

We will never ask you for card numbers, passwords, PIN codes or one-time codes, and we never ask you to pay a fee to open an account. If someone does this in our name, it is a scam; please report it to us and to the police.
